loopool (AKA Jean-Paul Garnier) is a sound artist active from 1998 to the present, based in Los Angeles. Over forty records have been released, a slew of videos, and live shows which occur once a year, and the occasional sound installation. loopool has always tried to push the limits of sound and music often experimenting with trying to remove the human element from music. loopool has, and is always interested in, collaborating with others. He has worked with the following: Oneirothopter, Alex Crockett, 100 Pieces, Danse Perdue, Armando Diaz, Robedoor, Stabbings and many others.
